The Executive Chairman of Ido local government, Hon.Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo has charged the newly elected executive of the Ido Community Development Council (CDC), to also embark on community-based projects that will bring development to their people.
The chairman gave the admonition while congratulating the newly elected executive held today at the Local Government main hall
The Chief of staff to the chairman, Hon Yahaya Abdulazeez who stood in for the chairman at the occasion urged the opposing side to join hands with the winning side to bring development to their communities.
The Chief of Staff to the chairman urged the victorious team to carry the local government chairman along in CDC activities to build a good relationship with him.
In his maiden address, the newly elected CDC chairman, Chief Gbadamosi Musibau Alapata appreciated the council chairman for the unbias conduct of the community election and assured him of transparency in running the CDC affairs.
The elected officers are:- Vice chairman, Engr. Lawal Tunde, General Secretary Alh. Salaudeen Monshood, Assistant Gen. Sec. Adewumi Edris Project coordinator Ajibike Tirimisiyu.
Others are; Treasurer Dada Abayomi Fin. Sec. Aliu Issa, Auditor Akinade Adetayo, PRO Odesola Taofeek, Welfare Officers Babatunde Babajide Ex Officio Pastor Samuel Adesanya and Women Leader Mrs Fafona Ibidapo
