Ibadan North LG: Olufade Swears In Hon. Latifa Latifu As Supervisory Councilor

Ibadan North Local Government Executive Chairman, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has sworn in Hon. Latifa Latifu as a **Supervisory Councilor** in the local government.

The swearing-in ceremony took place today at the council office in Agodi, Ibadan.

Hon. Latifa Latifu, a seasoned politician from Ward 12, has been recognized for her steadfastness in politics, which has paved the way for her latest appointment.

The Director of Administration and General Services ,Mrs. Olusola Ejiade, administered the oath of office, while the Vice Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, who also serves as the political head of Aare Lotosa LCDA, Hon. Akeem Ayoade officially presented her appointment letter.

In his remarks, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade urged the newly appointed Supervisory Councilor to be a team player and work diligently for the development of her people and the local government.

The ceremony was attended by key political figures, including:
– Hon. Taiwo Adebola, Leader of the Ibadan North Legislative Council
– Hon. Sulaimon Ajao Morenigbola ‘Moonlight’, Deputy Leader of the House

Also present at the event was Hon. Matthew Alani Oyeniyi, who recently declared his ambition to contest for the Ibadan North Federal Constituency seat. He joined the celebration to support his ward compatriot.

The swearing-in was witnessed by the Head of Local Government Administration, Mr. Akeem Olatunji, alongside other top officials, including:
