The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has joined family members, political associates, and well-wishers in celebrating Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle Don, the member representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a congratulatory message made available through his head of media, Aderibigbe Yisahu, Hon. Olufade expressed joy and gratitude for the life of the lawmaker, describing him as a wonderful brother, humble, and straightforward personality whose contributions to governance and community development continue to earn him widespread admiration.
According to the council boss, Hon. Oyekunle has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and a deep sense of responsibility in every public role he has occupied.
“Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle Don is a brother in whom I am well pleased, humble, focused, and dedicated to the service of humanity,” Olufade said.
“He has been a shining example of good representation and leadership, and I am truly happy to celebrate him on this special day.”
Hon. Olufade recalled Hon. Oyekunle’s sterling record as a former member of the Oyo State House of Assembly, where he represented Ibadan North Constituency 1 with excellence and distinction, and later as Deputy Chief of Staff to His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, where he served diligently and selflessly for the progress of Oyo State.
He added that since assuming office as the Federal House of Representatives member representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Hon. Oyekunle has already started on a good note, reassuring constituents of quality representation and purposeful leadership.
“Without any doubt, Hon. Oyekunle Don has represented Ibadan North very well and continues to make us proud at every level,” Olufade noted.
“I am confident that he will not disappoint our constituency, as he remains committed to policies and initiatives that directly improve the lives of our people.”
The Ibadan North Council Chairman further prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the lawmaker, wishing him good health, strength, and divine guidance in the years ahead.
