In the wake of the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) decision to present a united front ahead of the forthcoming bye-election in Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Hon. Babajide Gabriel, member representing Ibadan North Constituency 2 at the Oyo State House of Assembly, has congratulated Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle, popularly known as DON, on his emergence as the party’s consensus candidate.

Hon. Folajimi DON, who currently serves as Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Seyi Makinde, was unanimously adopted during a high-level meeting with the Governor and all PDP aspirants.

His emergence is not just a personal victory, but a clear indication of his credibility, loyalty to the party, and service-oriented leadership,” Hon. Babajide said.
He also commended all other aspirants for their political maturity and rare display of sportsmanship.
