The Executive Vice Chairman of Egbeda Local Government, and the Political Head/Administrator Ajorosun LCDA, Hon. Ibrahim Oladebo Simple has given accolades to Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde over the commencement of upgrading the Samuel Ladoke Akintola Airport to an International standard.
Hon. Simple expressed his excitement, while anticipating the completion of the project which he believes will serve as business boost in the state.
“I am elated and looking forward to the completion of the project, which according to the governor will be completed in 12 months. It is not only a good initiative that puts Oyo state in a good position globally, but will also serve as an economic and business boost and investment opening ground in the state.”
Meanwhile, he also acknowledged the good works of the Oyo state governor, towards improving the standard of living of the people which he believes to be a sign of commitment of Governor Seyi Makinde to the State and people.
“This project is also a reminder that Governor Makinde will do just about anything to ensure the standard of living of the people is improved and also Oyo State as a whole.”
