The Chairman of Egbeda Local Government and Chairman of all Local Government Chairmen in Oyo State, Hon. Sanda Sikiru, has showered glowing praises on the Deputy National Chairman (South) of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja, as he marks his birthday anniversary today.
In a personally signed statement made available to newsmen on Monday, Hon. Sanda described Ambassador Arapaja as a quintessential leader whose life has been dedicated to public service, peacebuilding, and the upliftment of humanity.
He lauded Ambassador Arapaja’s unwavering commitment to unity and progress within the PDP, noting that his wisdom, humility, and vast political experience have continued to inspire younger generations of leaders across the state and beyond.
According to Hon. Sanda, “Ambassador Arapaja stands tall among Nigeria’s most respected political figures. His discipline, simplicity, and relentless pursuit of the common good have made him a pillar of political wisdom and a model of selfless leadership.”
He further acknowledged Arapaja’s unflinching loyalty and partnership with His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, describing him as one of the governor’s most trusted allies whose contributions have significantly advanced the progress and development witnessed in Oyo State under Makinde’s leadership.
