A former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters and Ibadan North Federal House of Representatives hopeful, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has joined well-wishers in celebrating the Executive Chairman of Ibarapa Central Local Government, Hon. Olusola Adeleke, on his birthday.
