I write to express my deepest gratitude for the immense support and unwavering trust that members and the entire party leadership have shown towards my re-election as the chairman of the Ibadan South West Local Government.

The victory I achieved in the recent local government election would not have been possible without your guidance, mentorship, and belief in my abilities. Your unwavering support throughout the campaign, both in terms of resources and encouragement, played a pivotal role in securing my re-election.

I am humbled by the confidence you have placed in me and the party’s values that I represent. Your endorsement and recognition of my commitment to the principles and objectives of our great party have strengthened my resolve to serve the people of Ibadan South West with utmost dedication and integrity.

I would also like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the party leaders across the local government and state, as well as members who worked tirelessly during the campaign. Your dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to our shared vision have been instrumental in this victory. Together, we have shown the people of Ibadan South West what can be achieved when we unite for a common purpose.

My appreciation will be incomplete with graciously thank my principal, the builder of modern Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde who gives the rope which l always lean on. My appreciation also goes to Otunba Seye Famojuro for his wonderful support.

I specifically appreciate the state executives ably led by Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke, the campaign council led by Honourable Kunle Moruff Busari for their seamless campaign programme and Ibadan South West PDP executives under the chairmannship of Honour Murphy, all ward Excos and members in general, won’t forget the contributions of Glamorous Ladies, Elétù Ladies, TOMT support group and other notable support groups who used their time and resources during the course of the campaign.

Furthermore, I would like to express my profound gratitude to the members of the public who came out in large numbers to vote and support my candidacy. Your trust in my leadership and belief in my ability to bring positive change to our local government have been truly inspiring. I am deeply grateful for your overwhelming support.

I am fully aware of the responsibilities entrusted to me and the expectations that come with this re-election. I assure you that I will continue to work tirelessly to fulfill the promises I made during the campaign and to ensure the welfare and progress of the people of Ibadan South West. Your support will serve as a constant reminder of the faith you have in me, and I will do my utmost to exceed your expectations.

Once again, I extend my heartfelt appreciation to you, the party leaders, and every member of our great party. Your support has not only secured my re-election but has also reaffirmed our collective commitment to the principles and values we hold dear. I am honored to serve alongside such dedicated individuals.

My re-election as the chairman of Ibadan South West Local Government is not just a personal victory but a victory for the entire community. It signifies a new chapter of progress, development, and prosperity for the local government. With his proven track record and unwavering dedication, Honourable Kehinde Akande is poised to continue serving the people with utmost integrity and commitment.
