The Executive Chairman of Ibarapa Central Local Government, Hon. Olusola Adeleke has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade describing him as a dedicated administrator and a committed grassroots leader.
