Barr. Olayemi Oluwasina, the Political Head/Administrator of Omi-Apata L.C.D.A, has extended heartfelt greetings to the Muslim community as they commemorate the beginning of the New Hijrah Year 1446.

In a statement, Barr. Oluwasina expressed his warmest wishes for a peaceful and blessed year ahead, urging Muslims to continue upholding the values of compassion, forgiveness, and kindness that underpin the Islamic faith.

Barr. Oluwasina also encouraged Muslims to reflect on the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and strive for a year filled with love, peace, and harmony.

He prayed for divine guidance, wisdom, and strength for the Muslim community to overcome challenges and achieve their aspirations.

Barr. Oluwasina recognized the importance of the Hijrah calendar in Islamic tradition, symbolizing the Prophet’s migration from Mecca to Medina, and representing a new beginning and a chance for renewal. He urged the Muslim community to embrace this spirit of renewal and work towards personal and collective growth.

As the Muslim community marks this significant occasion, Barr. Oluwasina reiterated his administration’s dedication to supporting their welfare and well-being.

He wished everyone a Happy New Hijrah Year 1446, hoping it brings joy, prosperity, and blessings to all.

He also expressed his appreciation for the community’s continued support and cooperation, promising to work tirelessly to address their needs and concerns.

Once again, Barr. Olayemi Oluwasina congratulates the Muslim community on this auspicious occasion and prays for a blessed and peaceful New Hijrah Year.
