Fifth Years in Office: OTOPE Laud Gov Seyi Makinde Administration

One of the prominent humanitarian services and life impacting foundation named OTOPE FOUNDATION has applauded the remarkable 5years in office of the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency Engr. Seyi Makinde.
