The Chairman of the Local Government Staff Pension Board, Hon. Akeem Ige, has extended warm felicitations to the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, marking the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan.

In his goodwill message, Hon. Ige congratulated Muslim faithful for their devotion, sacrifice, and steadfastness throughout the fasting period.
He emphasized the importance of sustaining the virtues of patience, love, unity, and compassion imbibed during Ramadan.

He urged Nigerians, particularly the Muslim community, to continue to promote peaceful coexistence, mutual respect, and understanding across religious and ethnic lines.


According to him, these values are essential for fostering harmony and national development.
Hon. Ige also called on citizens to extend kindness to the less privileged, noting that the true essence of Eid lies in sharing, generosity, and care for one another.

He prayed for continued peace, progress, and prosperity in Oyo State and Nigeria at large, wishing all Muslims a joyous and blessed Eid celebration.
