As Muslims across the world celebrate Eid Al-Fitr, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan, Mayegun Sunday Olusegun Babanumi has extended warm greetings to Muslim faithful in Ibadan NorthWest and Ibadan SouthWest Federal Constituencies of Oyo State and beyond.
Mayegun Babanumi, a leading candidate for the Federal House of Representatives in the 2027 elections, congratulated the Muslim community for successfully completing the Ramadan fast, emphasizing the importance of unity, peace, and national development.
In his Eid message, he highlighted the spiritual significance of the holy month and encouraged Nigerians to uphold the values of patience, sacrifice, and compassion demonstrated during Ramadan.
“Eid Al-Fitr is a time for gratitude, reflection, and togetherness. As we celebrate, let us remember the lessons of Ramadan; love for one another, selflessness, and devotion to God. These values should guide us in building a stronger, more united Nigeria,” he stated.
As an international businessman and philanthropist, Mayegun Babanumi has consistently supported community development through the Sunday Olusegun Babanuni Initiative (SOBI), which focuses on empowering the less privileged and fostering social welfare.
He reaffirmed his commitment to improving the lives of his constituents, pledging to champion policies that promote economic growth and social well-being if elected.
