Easter: Bisi Oluranti greets Christians in Ogbomoso North, preaches love
Oyo lawmaker representing Ogbomoso North, Hon. Bisi Oluranti Michael has felicitated the Christian faithful in Ogbomoso North Constituency and across the state on the occasion of the Easter festivity.
The lawmaker, who congratulated the Christians on witnessing another Easter season, called on them to use the special occasion to embrace the spirit of forgiveness and share love among each other.
She called on Christians to internalise the lessons of love and selfless living imparted by Jesus Christ’s death and resurrection, saying that it is more crucial than ever for them to put these teachings into practice.
Bisi Oluranti equally urged her constituents to pray and supplicate more for the country and the state in light of the current economic hardship.
She said: “I extend my felicitations to our Christian brothers and sisters on this Easter celebrations
“It is my prayer that God grants us the opportunity to witness more of such occasions.
“Jesus Christ advocated love and harmony among people. As a result, I urge everyone to internalise and put these virtues into practice.”
