The Chairman of the Oyo State Hospital Management Board, Dr. Akin Fagbemi, has urged state pharmacists to ensure they make the right prescription of drugs while attending to patients in their stations.
The chairman stated this while having a meeting with all the pharmacists in the state at the state Secretariat, Ibadan, where he emphasized the importance of accurate prescriptions.
Dr. Fagbemi implored Pharmacy staff in the state to use their sensory evaluation for excellent patient care, ensuring effective, accessible, and affordable healthcare for the people in the state.
He noted that the role of pharmacists is crucial in the healthcare delivery system, and their attention to detail can make a significant difference in patient outcomes.
The chairman further commended Governor Seyi Makinde for his visionary leadership and his good work to ensure the people of the state benefit from the dividend of democracy.
