Dr. Akin Fagbemi is truly a round peg in a round hole — a scientist par excellence and a dedicated researcher in the field of science.

He is a man who understands the nitty-gritty of scientific and administrative excellence.

We thank His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, for appointing such a man of integrity and vision to serve the people of Oyo State.

Dr. Fagbemi transformed the Oyo State Road Transport Management Authority (OYRTMA) into an efficient and effective agency.

Under his leadership, it has become a model of order and professionalism.

He has also brought a remarkable turnaround to the Oyo State Hospital Management Board, improving infrastructure and services for the benefit of all Oyo citizens.
