The institute of health services and administrators of Nigeria,Oyo state hospital management board(OYSHMB) chapter led by the President Mr Stephen Olatunde paid a courtesy visit to the state secretariat to congratulate Dr Akin Fagbemi on his new appointment as the chairman of the board by his excellency Engr Oluseyi Makinde.
In his welcome speech,the chairman of the board Dr Akin Fagbemi charged the institute of health services and administrators members to always work to live a mark they will be remembered for and they should play their role in impacting positively in the lives of the upcoming administrators.He said he is passionate and concerns about the adminiistrators in the board.
He stressed further that the role of administrators are critical to the successful operation of the health facilities in the state.”For a facility to work efficiently and perfectly,there is no way anyone can do away with hospital administrators because they are the engine room that see the day to day activities of all the arms within the facilities”.
The secretary of the association,Mrs Akanni Omollola thanked the chairman Dr Akin Fagbemi for his word of encouragement and also assured him of always work hard to ensure that the goals of sustainable health care delivery under Omi Tuntun 2.0 to all the citizen of the state is achievable.
