The third day of the free coaching classes initiative by Chairman Hon. Kehinde Akande of Ibadan South West Local Government has witnessed an outpouring of gratitude from both parents and students who are benefiting from the program.
As the coaching sessions continued at various centers across the local government area, students used the medium and expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to learn from experienced tutors and mentors.
Students from different secondary schools in the local government area shared their experiences and thanked Honourable Akande for providing them with this valuable opportunity.
“I am so grateful for this chance to improve my knowledge and skills,” said Adebayo, a student from Ibadan Boys High School. “He noted that Honourable Akande has truly invested in our future, and we appreciate his efforts.”
The free coaching classes have been a lifeline for many students who cannot afford private lesson , Honourable Akande’s initiative has bridged the knowledge gap, providing equal access to education for all.
“This program is a game-changer for me,” said Oyin, a student from St Theresa’s College. “I was struggling in Mathematics, but the coaching sessions have helped me understand the concepts better. Thank you, Chairman Akande, for your kindness and vision.”
Parents of the students also expressed their gratitude to Chairman Akande for his commitment to education and youth development. “We are thankful to Chairman Akande for providing our children with this opportunity,” said Mrs. Adeniran, a parent from Bode Thomas Secondary School. “This initiative will surely impact their academic performance and future prospects.”
