Expansion from 2 to 39 intra-city routes across Ibadan Metropolis

Launch of inter-city and inter-state routes, including Ibadan–Lagos and Ibadan–Abuja services

Introduction of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses and the Pacesetter Card for electronic fare payment

Comprehensive reforms in staff welfare, recruitment, and departmental structure

Development of modern transport infrastructure and deployment of ICT innovations

Enhanced security, safety, and customer service standards

These accomplishments have transformed PTS into a world-class public transport agency, aligning with global best practices and truly setting the pace in Nigeria’s transport sector.

We especially appreciate His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Oluseyi Makinde, for his unwavering support, visionary leadership, and continued investment in the growth of public transportation in Oyo State. His backing has been instrumental in lifting PTS to international standards.
