In a remarkable act of generosity, Oyo State philanthropist, Oloye Adegboyega Taofeek Adegoke, FCA, popularly known as Gboye ATA, has donated a fully equipped six-classroom block to Koso Community Grammar School in Iseyin, Oyo State. The project was officially commissioned by the Aseyin of Iseyin, Oba Sefiu Olawale Oyebola Adeyeri III, Ajirotutu I, during a ceremony that drew prominent dignitaries and community members.

Speaking at the event, Oloye Adegoke emphasized that the initiative was inspired by his desire to give back to his roots and contribute to the development of education in Oyo State, “God has used me to donate this six-classroom block to enhance learning conditions in Koso Community Grammar School. This is my way of investing in the future of our children and giving back to the community that shaped me,” he said.

Oloye Adegoke, an illustrious son of Ibadanland, is renowned for his philanthropic activities and leadership roles. He serves as the Chairman of Solutions 93.9 FM, Ibadan, and the President of the Jericho Businessmen Club (JBC), a prestigious group that promotes business excellence in Ibadan. Additionally, he holds the revered title of Aare Egbe Omo Balogun of Ibadanland.

The Aseyin of Iseyin, Oba Sefiu Olawale Oyebola Adeyeri III, lauded Oloye Adegoke for his impactful contribution, describing it as a beacon of hope for the younger generation. The monarch emphasized the importance of education as a tool for community development and called on other well-meaning individuals to emulate Oloye Adegoke’s selfless commitment.
