Breaking: NNPP Southwest Zonal Secretary, Tunde Oke Resigns
The Southwest Zonal Secretary of the New Nigerian People’s Party, NNPP, Dr Babatunde Oke has resigned from the party.
Dr. Oke’s resignation contained in a letter written to the NNPP Ward 10 chairman of Boluwaduro Local government area of Osun State, he said his decision to leave the party is personal.
The Osun state-born politician thanked all the national leaders of the party, including the 2023 presidential candidate, His Excellency, Senator Dr Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, for the opportunity given to him to work with them.
Oke’s resignation letter reads:
” I, Dr Babatunde Oke, hereby Tender My Resignation Letter and withdraw My Membership of The Party Today, Friday, 17th of January, 2025.
” My decision to withdraw my membership is personal. While I use this medium to Appreciate The leadership of the party for the opportunity Given.
” Thanks in anticipation of your consideration,” Oke stated
