Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, has flagged off the complete construction of the 70KM Lagos-Sango Ota-Abeokuta Road, marking a significant milestone in the state’s infrastructure development.

The road, which has been in a state of disrepair for 21 years, will be transformed into a modern and safe transportation artery, bringing relief to commuters and boosting economic activities in the region.

The flag-off ceremony, which took place on [date], was attended by top government officials, traditional leaders, and stakeholders. Governor Abiodun expressed his commitment to completing the project, which is expected to be finished within [timeframe].

The Lagos-Sango Ota-Abeokuta Road is a critical transportation link between Lagos and Ogun states, with thousands of commuters relying on it daily. However, years of neglect had turned it into a nightmare for road users, with potholes, traffic congestion, and accidents becoming the norm.
