In response to the unfortunate incident that occurred on Dejo Oyelese street in the Housing area of Bodija and its surroundings in Ibadan North Local Government yesterday at around 8 pm, Honourable Ramata Agberemi (RAD), the Senior Special Assistant on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs to Governor Seyi Makinde, visited the scene to assess the situation.

The incident, which resulted in pandemonium and an unascertained explosion, left the residents in a state of distress. We understand the concerns and anxieties of the affected community, and we want to assure the residents that all necessary authorities and resources have been mobilized to restore peace and ensure the safety of the people.
