The former Secretary to the Oyo State Government, Engr Dele Adigun has joined numerous well-wishers to congratulate Otunba Oluseye Opatoki on his birthday, describing him as a distinguished son of Ibadanland.
Adigun, in a statement released and made available to newsmen on Friday, praised the celebrant for his contributions to the development of Oyo State as well as his commitment to excellence.
