The Executive Chairman of Oluyole Local Government, Asiwaju Akeem Olatunji, has described the Women Leader of Oyo State chapter of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaja Wulemot Ibitoye, as a pillar of strength and a symbol of women’s selfless service within the party and the state.
According to a statement on Monday in Ibadan, Olatunji praised Alhaja Wulemot’s motherly dedication to the advancement of women in politics, her consistent grassroots mobilization efforts, and her loyalty to the ideals of the PDP.
“Alhaja Wulemot is no doubt a trailblazer whose contributions to the PDP family in Oyo State cannot be overstated.
“On behalf of my family, the government and good people of Oluyole Local Government, I join her family, friends, and party faithful in celebrating her life of service, resilience, and leadership,” he stated.
The Oluyole LG boss noted further that the celebrant has remained a mentor to many aspiring female politicians and an embodiment of the values of compassion and hard work within the political space.
“Her leadership has inspired a new generation of women to take up political roles and be active in decision-making processes.
“Her birthday is not only a celebration of life but a recognition of her impact through dedication, selfless services, and motherly guidance” Olatunji added.
Olatunji however, prayed for continued good health, strength, and greater accomplishments for the PDP Women Leader as she marks a new chapter of her life.
