The Executive Chairman of Oluyole Local Government, Asiwaju Akeem Olatunji, has showered praises on the Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin on the occasion of his 38th birthday anniversary celebration.
Describing him as a symbol of the future leadership Nigeria desperately needs, Olatunji stated that Ogundoyin has championed the course of major legislative reforms that has manifested in the smooth running of government at both state and national levels.
Asiwaju Olatunji made this statement on Monday, February 17, in a felicitation message commemorating Ogundoyin’s birthday, emphasizing his commitment to youth empowerment, governance, and legislative excellence.
He hailed the Speaker’s transformative leadership and his dedication to the progress of Oyo State and Nigeria at large.
He noted that the people of Oyo state are extremely blessed to have a forward thinking and progressive minded youthful politician who has continued to display exemplary leadership as both the Speaker of Oyo Assembly as well as the Chairman, Nigeria Conference of Speakers of the 36 State Legislatures.
“Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin is not just a political leader but an epitome of hope for the younger generation that the nation yearns for.
His remarkable achievements in the Oyo State House of Assembly since assumption of office in 2019 clearly shows his vision, intelligence, and ability to drive meaningful change. He is no doubt the face of the future leadership Nigeria needs.
“He has consistently guided local government administration on the path of sustainable administrative growth and political development through effective oversight making LGs more vibrant and efficient in the state.
“My personal relationship with him, which spans over many years has positively impacted on our accelerated economic development in Oluyole LG as he has been our pillar of support and friend of the local government.
“Ogundoyin, who emerged as the youngest Speaker in Nigeria at the age of 32, has been instrumental in spearheading policies that address youth inclusion, economic growth, and infrastructural development in Oyo State. His leadership has been widely recognized as exemplary, earning him admiration from within and outside Oyo state,” Asiwaju Olatunji said.
Asiwaju Olatunji further commended Ogundoyin’s role in deepening unity within the Oyo state House of Assembly, thereby, ensuring effective legislation that benefits the people of the state.
