The member representing Ibadan North Constituency 2 in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, popularly known across Oyo State’s political landscape as Jagaban of the 9th and 10th Assembly has extended warm and heartfelt birthday felicitations to his distinguished colleague, Hon.
