The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has showered encomiums on Hon. Olusoji Alade, a former Oyo State House of Assembly PDP aspirant for Ibadan North Constituency 1 and the Campaign Secretary for Governor Seyi Makinde’s re-election in Ibadan North Local Government, as he marks his birthday.
