Birthday: Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Bibire Celebrates Oyo Commissioner For Lands, Akin-Funmilayo, Commends Reforms In Land Sector* 

Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, a former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters and Ibadan North Federal House of Representatives hopeful, has extended heartfelt birthday greetings to Hon. Williams Akin-Funmilayo, Commissioner for Lands, Housing, Survey, and Urban Development.

Bibire, in a statement issued in Ibadan, described the Commissioner as a “silent achiever and pillar of reform,” whose initiatives have reshaped land management in Oyo State for the better.
