Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, a former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters and Ibadan North Federal House of Representatives hopeful, has extended heartfelt birthday greetings to Hon. Williams Akin-Funmilayo, Commissioner for Lands, Housing, Survey, and Urban Development.
Bibire, in a statement issued in Ibadan, described the Commissioner as a “silent achiever and pillar of reform,” whose initiatives have reshaped land management in Oyo State for the better.
“As someone who understands the intricacies of governance, I deeply appreciate the innovations and discipline Hon. Akin-Funmilayo has brought to public administration,” Bibire stated.
He prayed for more strength and divine guidance for the Commissioner, noting that his work continues to serve as a legacy in the administration of Governor Makinde.
