The Executive Chairman of Oluyole Local Government, Hon. Akeem Olatunji, has described his counterpart in Akinyele Local Government, Hon. Wole Akinleye, as a visionary leader whose style of governance continues to inspire many across different political divides.
Olatunji made the remark today in a congratulatory message to felicitate the Akinyele LG boss on the occasion of his birthday anniversary celebration.
He also praised Akinleye’s commitment to grassroots development and the welfare of his people noting that his pragmatism and approach to governance particularly at the grassroots is already manifesting through various developmental projects and initiatives in Akinyele LG.
According to Olatunji, leadership is not about holding office alone, but about the impact and legacy one leaves behind.
He explained that the celebrant has distinguished himself as a pragmatic, people-focused leader whose record of service speaks volumes.
“He’s a visionary leader everyone loves to have on their political divide. His dedication to service, humility, and commitment to the growth of Akinyele Local Government are qualities that have earned him respect both within and outside the political space,” Olatunji stated.
The Oluyole LG chairman further prayed for long life, good health, and greater achievements for his Akinyele counterpart, urging him to sustain the progressive ideals that have endeared him to his people.
He added that true friendship and political alliance are strengthened when leaders share common goals of uplifting their various communities.
