The Chairman of the Oyo State Hospital Management Board, Dr. Akin Fagbemi, has congratulated Hon. Abass Adigun Agboworin, the member representing Ibadan South-East and North-East Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, on the occasion of his 55th birthday.
