The GSMists, the main volunteer organization of the executive Governor Of Oyo State, His Excellency Engineer Seyi Makinde joined thousands of other National leaders, icons, elected officials, family members, aides and lovers of the Governor at Fasola Farm Resort and Settlement, Oyo to celebrate the 56th Birthday anniversary of the Governor. During the event which was filled with joy, pomps and pageantries, The GSMists presented a special award to GSM in recognition of his Visionary, Pragmatic, and Exemplary Leadership in Oyo State and across the country. The Governor of Oyo State who also doubles as the as the Life Patron of the Organization was presented with the Official Copies of the well sought after December Edition of The GSMists Journals while guests at the event also enjoyed the same privilege.

While presenting the award on behalf of the Deputy Governor of Oyo State & Grand Patron of The GSMists;His Excellency Barr AbdulRahman Bayo Lawal, The Chief Of Staff To The Governor & Chairman Board Of Trustees; Otunba (Hon) Segun Ogunwuyi, The Director General; Otunba Seye Famojuro, The National Coordinator; Hon Lukman Abayomi Olajide (Royal Umbrella), The National Secretary, Alh (Arc) Azeez Salaam & The National Publicity Secretary,Bashorun Saintabey describes the plaque as a symbol of the undiluted love, admiration and gratitude for people oriented, advance and development enhancing approach of His Excellency in administration of Oyo State. Governor Makinde’s dedication and exemplary leadership was further praised as a means undoubted positive impact on the state and its people.
