The member of House of Representatives representing Ibadan South East/North East, Rep. Abass Adigun, popularly known as Agboworin, has felicitated with the Commissioner of Works and Public Transport in the state, Professor Dahud Sangodoyin, as he marks birthday today.
Agboworin, in a congratulatory message signed by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mayowa Okekale, celebrated his many impacts and the optimism he inspires in the Ministry he oversees.
The lawmaker recognized Sangodoyin’s public service record, which spanned several years in different Ministries as an appointee of the Governor of the state, Engr. ‘Seyi Makinde, saying he is a reflection of devotion to the service of the people.
Agboworin, while acknowledging him as a team player and a disciplined public servant, He noted that Sangodoyin’s experience, capacity and commitment to delivering good governance for the people of Oyo state has strengthened the actualization of Governor Makinde’s agenda to transform the state.
The statement read: “Today, I join the gale of well-wishers in celebrating a man of exceptional contributions, Prof. Sangodoyin, on the auspicious occasion of his birthday.
“We are not only reminded of the depth of the services he has offered Oyo State over the years but the difference he is making in advancing the growth of our state and its people.
“I am confident that Prof. Sangodoyin’s unwavering commitment will lead to even greater achievements for the current administration in the years ahead.”
He, however, wished him more celebrations in good health and sound mind in order to sustain his remarkable contributions to the state and humanity as a whole.
