Former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has extended warm birthday wishes to the Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly and Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria, Rt.
