The Aspirant for Ibadan South West LG Constituency 1 and PDP Chieftain, Hon. Ishola Abiodun Baruwa, has felicitated His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Sen.) Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja FNSE (Arusa I), the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland, on the joyous occasion of his 81st birthday and historic coronation.
In his goodwill message, Hon. Baruwa described Oba Ladoja as a rare statesman and revered monarch whose life epitomizes service, wisdom, and resilience. He noted that the new Olubadan stands as an enduring symbol of Ibadan’s cultural heritage and a source of pride to the entire Yoruba race.
“Your ascension to the throne and your 81st birthday are divine milestones worthy of celebration. Ibadan is blessed to have you as a leader, and Nigeria is fortunate to draw from your wealth of experience and wisdom,” he said.
Hon. Baruwa prayed for Kabiyesi’s long life, sound health, and a peaceful reign that will usher in unity, progress, and prosperity for Ibadanland.
