Awodola Foundation Felicitates New Owa of Igbajo, Prince Dr. Makinde
The Chairman of Babatunde Adedamola Awodola Foundation, Crown Prince Babatunde Adedamola Awodola, has felicitated with Prince (Dr) Ademola Makinde on his selection as the new Owa of Igbajo, Osun State.
Prince Makinde was, on Friday, announced as the new Owa, in the just concluded selection process held at the conference room of the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters.
In a statement personally signed by him, on Saturday, Prince Awodola stated that his ascension to the esteemed throne of Owa of Igbajo is well-deserved and a testament to his exceptional qualities and leadership prowess.
Prince Awodola, who was also a fellow contestant, maintained that he sees the development as a shared dedication to the prosperity of the town, and would rather not harbor any ill against the winner.
While assuring of collaboration, he acknowledged that under the new leadership, Igbajo will thrive in terms of economic, security, and social development.
