The leadership of the People’s Democratic Party in Oyo State has recommenced its local government engagements after the sallah break with Akinyele Local Government.

 

The local government engagement was chaired by Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke led team of Oyo State Executive Committee which included Michael Ogunsina, Hon Mufutau Ogunremi, Alhaja Ibitoye Wulemot, Hon. Oludayo Opatokun, Hon. Adelabu Aderemi Alaba, Barrister Waheed Gbadegesin, Pastor Biodun Popoola and Hon. Kunmi Adesina.

 

The meeting which brokered peace and sustained the unity amongst the leaders and stakeholders of the Party in Akinyele Local Government also saw to the reaffirment of loyalty to Governor Seyi Makinde and the PDP.

 

The Party urged all stakeholders and elders of the Party in Akinyele Local Government to embrace peace and unity in the best interest of the Party and its numerous members who look up to them.

 

Akinyele Local Government Stakeholders were led to the meeting by the council chairman, Hon. Wole Akinleye, Hon. Sakiru Akintunde, the council vice chairman, Alhaji Lateef, the Local Government Party Chairman; Hon. Jeleel Adeleke, Hon. Segun Olayiwola, Engr Julius Akinsola, Oloye Akin Aderibigbe, Hon. Tunde Kehinde, Hon. Lekan Abiola Monsuru, Hon. Abideen Akintola who is the Secretary of the Akinyele Elders Council and other prominent leaders from Local Government.
