The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Chairmanship Candidate for the upcoming local government elections in Atiba council area, Hon. Wahab Waliu Adetunji Wabkem, has felicitated with the people of the Royal council on the occasion of the new year 2024.

Wabkem in a new year message made available to newsmen urged the residents of the royal council to be more patient, prayerful and sustain their subsisting tempo of support and cooperation to the third tiers of government.

His message reads:

Dear Residents of the Royal Council,

I extend warm New Year greetings to each one of you. May the dawn of 2024 bring new happiness, goals, achievements, and inspiration into your lives.

In this new year, let us reflect, renew, and reinvigorate our commitment to the Restoration agenda. I urge you to continue your unwavering support and cooperation with the third tiers of government, fostering patience and prayer for productive leadership.

My social contract with you is centered on offering a better deal. I am optimistic that the brand new year 2024 holds fortunes and good news for Atiba residents. Our agenda to transform the Royal Council in areas such as Education, Healthcare, Agriculture, Roads, Security, and economic prosperity remains intact.

Despite facing threats and unfounded allegations, we will stand firm on our mandate to restore the legacy of the Royal Council. We remain committed to putting you, the good people, first in every decision we make.

May this New Year be filled with the warmth of home, hopes, positive changes, and the anticipation of good governance for the residents of the Royal Council.
