Assembly Hopeful, Yishau Ajibola Aleem Oyinlola Boosts Kajola Farmers with Maize Seeds, Chemicals

In a move aimed at bolstering agricultural productivity within Kajola Local Government Area of Oyo State, aspiring State House of Assembly member, Honourable Yishau Ajibola Aleem Oyinlola, has distributed bags of maize seeds and essential chemicals to local farmers.

The distribution event took place at Bode Community Primary School, Okeho, on Friday, April 18th, providing much-needed support to twenty-two beneficiaries from across the local government.
Each of the eleven wards in Kajola Local Government was represented by two beneficiaries, who received the agricultural inputs.

The recipients included: Awosoro Dorminik and Ojebisi Oloolu (Ward 01), Motolase Waheed and Arowolo Gabriel (Ward 02), Taiwo Roland and Lukuman Nusirat (Ward 03), Waheed Maso and Jimoh Olatedun (Ward 04), Raaji Mustapha and Luqman Basiru (Ward 05), Bello Nasiru and Olanrewaju Sarah (Ward 06), Lamidi Oyebamiji and John Fadairo (Ward 07), Nasiru Aboree and Basiru Abaletu (Ward 08), Rasaki Sikiru and Makinde Olasunkanmi (Ward 09), Ajayi Alice and Amusat Raheem (Ward 10), and Fatai Musibau, Ayanniyi, and Sulaiman Lukuman (Ward 11).

Speaking at the event, Honourable Oyinlola reiterated his unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people and pledged to continue initiating poverty alleviation programmes within the constituency.

Chief Johnson Ojebiyi, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Chairman in Kajola Local Government, highlighted that this initiative was part of Honourable Oyinlola’s broader efforts to support the community. He noted that prior to this distribution, Oyinlola had facilitated the construction of two roundabouts at the Isale Alfa junction and BHS School Okeho.

Additionally, he had previously distributed bags of salt and soap to PDP members during a general meeting held in Ilua, Ward 08. Chief Ojebiyi urged the beneficiaries to utilize the distributed items judiciously for their intended purpose, while also clarifying that the programme was a unified effort aimed at fostering the development and progress of the party.

In their separate goodwill messages, Alhaji Nurain Akeusola, the Party Vice Chairman, Alhaji Adele Musodiq Alawiye, and Mr. M.A. Salau commended Honourable Oyinlola for his generosity and dedication to the advancement of the PDP in Kajola Local Government. They encouraged him and other loyal party members to continue their supportive efforts.

Expressing their gratitude, beneficiaries John Fadairo and Ajayi Alice thanked Honourable Oyinlola for the timely provision of maize seeds and chemicals, acknowledging their importance in enhancing their farming activities.

The host and PDP Chairman of Ward 04, Honourable Rauf Azeez, widely known as ‘Eyinpada’, delivered the vote of thanks. He lauded the programme’s impact and extended his sincere appreciation to PDP leaders and members from all wards who attended the event.

The well-received programme witnessed the presence of prominent PDP figures in Kajola Local Government, party leaders, members, and the elated beneficiaries.
