In fulfilment of his commitment to educational advancement, Dr. Temitope Ezekiel Oladimeji (OTOPE) has officially commenced the registration of 500 students for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) in Egbeda and Ona-Ara Local Government Areas.

The Special Assistant on Media and Communication to Dr. Oladimeji, Mr. Segun Akinlabi, made this known to newsmen in Ibadan on Monday, February 16, 2026.

According to Mr. Akinlabi, the selection process has been concluded and the enrollment for the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) forms is currently underway for the 500 beneficiaries.

“This program is a testament to Dr. Oladimeji’s unwavering commitment to the educational development of the federal constituency,” Mr. Akinlabi stated. “By removing the financial barrier associated with the JAMB registration, we are ensuring that no deserving student is left behind in their pursuit of higher education.”

The gesture has been met with widespread appreciation from both the recipients and their families. Parents and students alike have expressed gratitude to Dr. Oladimeji for what they described as a timely and kind intervention.

The free JAMB registration exercise is part of a broader spectrum of humanitarian activities consistently carried out by the OTOPE Foundation since its inception in 2021. The foundation has been known for its outreach programs focused on education, health, and social welfare within the constituency.
