Agboworin Rejoices With Makinde, Wife Over Daughter’s University Graduation

Lawmaker representing Ibadan North East/South East Federal Constituency, Rep. Abass Adigun, popularly known as Agboworin, has congratulated the Oyo State Governor, His Excellency, ‘Seyi Makinde, on the graduation of his daughter, Tobi Makinde, from Yale University in the United State.

Agboworin, in a statement signed on Tuesday by his Media Group, which was made available to journalists in Ibadan, equally felicitated with the daughter upon her graduation, sharing in the joy of the celebration with the family.

He stated that the feat achieved by the daughter is a testament to his father’s unalloyed dedication to her education, wishing her more accomplishments in life.

The lawmaker also felicitated with the wife of the governor, Mrs Tamunominini Makinde, for her motherly role, saying her labour on their daughter has not gone in vain as a result of the achievement.

He, however, used the avenue to pray that God would grant the parents long life to enjoy the fruit of their labour on all their children.

The statement read, “I wish to extend my warmest congratulations to you and your family on the remarkable achievement of your daughter, Tobi Makinde, who has graduated from the Yale University in the United States.

“This outstanding feat is a testament to your dedication to her education and well-being, as well as her hard work and determination. It’s a proud moment for your family, our great state and the nation at large.

“My Boss, please accept my heartfelt congratulations once again, and I wish your daughter all the best in her future endeavors.

“Congratulations.”
