The lawmaker representing Ibadan South East/North East federal constituency in the House of Representatives, Rep. Abass Adigun, who is popularly known as Agboworin, has felicitated the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Akinloye Ige Iyanda Owolabi Olakulehin I, on his 90th birthday anniversary today.
In a statement signed by his Media Group in Ibadan, and made available to journalists, the lawmaker described Oba Olakulehin I, as a father figure and community builder, who has made impact on humanity.
The lawmaker joined friends, family, and well-wishers in thanking God for the monarch’s life and praying for his continued good health.
He noted that the reign of the monarch would continue to be peaceful and prosperous for the people of Ibadanland.
Agboworin, while wishing the new Monarch a memorable birthday celebration, he prayed to God to grant him more years and good health to continue to steer the ship of Ibadanland in the right direction.
