The Chairman of Ido Local Government, Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo, has extended a warm and heartfelt congratulatory message to His Royal Majesty, Oba Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja, on his official ascension as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland.
In a formal statement issued on behalf of the people of Ido Local Government, Hon. Adeojo hailed the installation of Oba Ladoja as a significant milestone in the history of Ibadan and expressed confidence in the monarch’s capacity to lead with wisdom, integrity, and vision.
“We pray that Allah grants His Royal Majesty the wisdom, strength, and longevity to steer the Olubadan-in-Council towards unprecedented growth and development,” Hon. Adeojo said. “We acknowledge the rich legacy of the Olubadan stool and look forward to His Majesty’s leadership in fostering unity, peace, and progress in Ibadanland.”
The Chairman further pledged the unwavering support and cooperation of Ido Local Government to the new monarch, noting that the people of the region stand united behind the Olubadan in his commitment to the prosperity of the ancient city.
“May Allah bless and protect the Olubadan and the entire Ibadan kingdom,” he concluded.
