Honourable Saminu Riliwan Gbadamosi, Chairman of the House Committee on Health at the Oyo State House of Assembly and representative of Atisbo/Saki-East State Constituency, has extended his warmest felicitations to Senator Monsurat Sunmonu on the occasion of her 66th birthday.
Fondly known as Wale Canada, Hon. Gbadamosi described Senator Sunmonu — a former Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly and former Senator of the Federal Republic — as “a mother to many, a trailblazer in public service, and an enduring symbol of leadership and grace.”
He commended her for her outstanding contributions to the development of Oyo State and Nigeria, both in legislative excellence and in empowering women in governance.
