Hon John Adisa Oke had extend his congratulations to the newly crowned Soun of Ogbomosho, His Royal Majesty Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye Orunmogege III.
In his congratulatory message, “His Majesty’s assumption of this vital role during a particularly critical juncture in our history speaks volumes. As the custodian of our rich cultural heritage, I believe that he will leverage his extensive network in both the public and private sectors to unify our people in the pursuit of socioeconomic and sociopolitical advancement.”
He further thanked the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde for his role. “A special acknowledgment goes to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency Eng. Oluseyi Makinde, for the swift approval of the staff of office.
“The official presentation by the Governor to His Royal Majesty marks a historic milestone for our people, signifying a momentous accomplishment and a beacon of leadership in our quest for a united Ogbomosho Kingdom.
“This achievement is not without challenges, as demographic and geographical hurdles lay evident before us. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Royal Chiefs, Elders, Men, Women, Youths, Leaders, and critical stakeholders of the Kingdom for their sacrifices in fostering unity and contributing to the physical infrastructure development of Ogbomosho.
“To the sons and daughters of Ogbomosho Land, let us rejoice, live in peace, and provide unwavering support to ensure a prosperous reign for our King. May this herald a new era of greatness for our beloved land.
