LG Poll: Saki West, Saki East, ATISBO PDP Chairmanship Candidates Receive Flags

As the People’s Democratic Party, PDP campaign train moves to Old Ifedapo Federal Constituency, the Chairmanship Candidates of the party in Saki West, Mr Gbenga Akinola; Saki East, Mr Adedokun Emmanuel and ATISBO, Alhaji Bashir Olumuyiwa Alade have officially received flags as the flag bearer of the party in the forthcoming local government election in Oyo state.

The flags were presented to them in Saki, on Wednesday, by the Director General of the Election Management Committee  and Secretary of the party, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke.

Other members of the executive of the party present were Alhaji Yusuf Yinusa Adekunle; Oyo North PDP Senatorial Chairman, Mr Michael Ogunsina; State Youth Leader, Alhaji Adeshina Moshood, Oyo North Senatorial Organising Secretary, Folawiyo Moshood; Oyo North Senatorial Youth Leader, Alhaji Wasiu Ayesoro; PDP Chairman, Saki West, Alhaji Muda Balogun; PDP Chairman, Saki East and Alhaji Fatai Adejare; PDP Chairman, ATISBO.

While speaking, Adeleke urged the people Saki West, Saki East and ATISBO local government areas to come out in their numbers on 27th of April to vote all PDP candidates.

He said that victory for PDP candidates will ensure dividends of democracy get to the nook and cranny of the local government areas.

He assured them that those who struggle and couldn’t get elective positions are not doomed as appointments would be open to them as soon as the party records victory at the polls.

While speaking on behalf of Stakeholders, Leaders of the party in Old Ifedapo Federal Constituency, Hon. Niyi Adebisi, the Commissioner for Establishment and Training pledged that they will ensure the victory of all PDP candidates in the federal constituency.

Adebisi who also doubles as the coordinator for the local government campaign in Oke Ogun Zone 2 urged the good people of the Old Ifedapo Federal Constituency to come out en masse on the 27 of April and vote for all PDP candidates.

Also speaking, Honourable Ayobami Ojo, Coordinator Ifedapo Campaign Council admonished candidates to see the support given to them by the party as an opportunity to make a remarkable difference in their various domains and to run an all inclusive government.

Musah Abdulwasi; Chairman, Oyo State House of Assembly Service Commission; Barrister Hassan Ajibade; Special Assistant Legal to the Deputy Governor, Honourable Adejumobi Agbarapo; Special Adviser on Legislative Matters to the Governor, Honorable Tunji Rafiu Adekunle; Chairman, Oyo State Pension Board, Alhaji Waheed Oluwakemi; Special Assistant, Ifedapo Federal Constituency, Honorable Ayo Olopoeyan; Chairman, Oyo State Agency for adult and Non-Formal Education, Honourable Ayobami Ojo, Coordinator Ifedapo Campaign Council.
