The seven communities that make up Ward 05, Ibadan Southwest Local Government, have expressed their appreciation for the developmental projects undertaken under the leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde and the administration of the Local Government Chairman, Hon. Kehinde Akande.
The communities acknowledge the impact of key projects, including the newly built healthcare centre, ICT centre, library, and vocational training centre, alongside the ongoing road construction project in Akuro Community and other developmental initiatives across the area.
These projects represent important investments in healthcare, education, digital literacy, skills acquisition, and infrastructure, with the potential to improve the quality of life of residents and create opportunities for young people.
In recognition of these efforts, the communities have expressed their support for Governor Seyi Makinde and the APM candidates, while calling for sustained development, effective representation, and continued attention to the needs of the people.
Under the leadership of Hon. Kehinde Akande, the focus remains on bringing governance closer to the grassroots and ensuring that the benefits of development reach the communities that need them.
The people want development that can be seen, projects that can be felt, and leadership that listens to their needs.
