The Chairman of the Oyo State Hospitals Management Board, Hon. Adekunle Bankole, has commended Governor Seyi Makinde for appointing Alhaji Taofiq Sakariya Aolalubarika as Special Adviser on Rural Development.
Bankole described the appointment as a demonstration of the governor’s thoughtfulness and commitment to ensuring that capable individuals are given opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the development of the state.
In a statement issued following the appointment, the Hospitals Management Board chairman expressed appreciation to Governor Makinde for recognising Aolalubarika’s capacity and considering him worthy of serving in the state government.
He further praised the governor for his continued belief in inclusiveness and his determination to ensure that qualified and committed individuals are strategically positioned to contribute to the administration’s development agenda.
According to Bankole, the appointment reflects Makinde’s commitment to making effective use of human resources across different sectors and ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to contribute to the progress of Oyo State.
He expressed confidence that Aolalubarika would bring his experience and dedication to bear in his new role, particularly in advancing development initiatives and improving the wellbeing of residents in rural communities across the state.
Bankole wished the newly appointed Special Adviser success in office and urged him to justify the confidence reposed in him by the governor and the people of Oyo State.
