Odidiomo Congratulates Seun Adelore, Others on Makinde’s Appointments

The Oyo South Senatorial District candidate of the Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM), Hon. Adedeji Dhikrullahi Olajide Odidiomo, has congratulated the Director-General of the Odidiomo Campaign Organization, Prince Seun Adelore, on his appointment as Senior Special Assistant to the Oyo State Governor on Chieftaincy Matters.

Odidiomo described the appointment as an opportunity for Adelore and other beneficiaries to bring their experience, competence and expertise to bear in the service and development of Oyo State.

In a statement made available to newsmen by his Media Aide, Tolu Mustapha, Odidiomo also congratulated the immediate past Chairman of the Oyo State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) and former member of the Oyo State Advisory Council, Pastor Akin Alamu, on his appointment as a member of the Oyo State Elders’ Council.

The APM candidate further congratulated Yinka Oladoyinbo, appointed Executive Assistant on Information and Orientation; Ronke Giwa-Onafuwa, Senior Special Assistant on Information and Orientation; Dapo Falade, Senior Special Assistant on Information and Orientation; and Hon. Gbenga Adewusi, former Chairman of the Oyo State Sports Council, appointed Executive Assistant, Sports Commission.

Others congratulated by Odidiomo are Ogundele Quadri, Special Assistant on Urban Development; Elder Olawale Olugbenga, JP, Special Assistant on Culture and Tourism; and Ibrahim Abayomi, Executive Assistant, Works.

According to the statement issued by the Oyo State Government, the appointments take immediate effect, with the newly appointed officials expected to discharge their responsibilities with dedication, commitment and loyalty to the people and government of Oyo State.

Odidiomo urged the new appointees to regard their appointments as a call to greater public service, stressing that their respective positions come with responsibilities to contribute meaningfully to the development and effective administration of the state.

He also commended Governor Seyi Makinde for what he described as his continued recognition of individuals with experience and competence across different sectors of public life.

Odidiomo wished all the appointees success in their new assignments and expressed confidence that they would justify the confidence reposed in them by the Oyo State Government.
