The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) candidate for the Ibadan South-West/North-West Federal Constituency, Mogaji Akin Fagbemi, has donated exercise books to secondary school students across Ibadan South-West Local Government Area of Oyo State ahead of the new academic term.
The gesture, which was aimed at supporting students as they resumed school for the new term, is part of Fagbemi’s continued efforts to contribute to education and support young people within the constituency.
Speaking during the presentation, Fagbemi said education remains an important foundation for the development of the society, stressing the need to support students and ease some of the challenges faced by families in providing educational materials for their children.
He encouraged the students to take their studies seriously, remain disciplined and make effective use of the educational opportunities available to them.
The beneficiaries expressed appreciation for the gesture, describing the donation as timely and helpful, particularly as students return to school for the new term.
Fagbemi also reaffirmed his commitment to initiatives that promote education, youth development and community support across Ibadan South-West and Ibadan North-West.
The exercise-book distribution reflects his emphasis on grassroots engagement and support for students and families within the constituency.
